Growing up in Portland, many people my age enjoyed the Mighty 91, KISN Radio, broadcasting from the showroom window of a downtown building. KISN went off the air many years ago, but a group of former employees and other broadcasters have put a low-power FM version on the air. They have a growing and loyal audience, and are bringing back some good times. I’m proud to be able to “underwrite”
